Returns & Exchanges

Salt Air Swimwear will happily accept returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of the our garments all parcels must be returned to us in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags attached with in 15 days of delivery.

You can return any merchandise for a full refund or exchange. We are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. To request a return, please email info@saltair.co.za with your order number so we can provide you with shipping details.

Return Instructions

Step 1: To request a return, please email info@saltair.co.za with your order number so we can provide you with details! Please note that the shipping fee will still be deducted from your credit.

Step 2: Place your original sales receipt and item/s back into the original packaging and ensure hygiene liners and swing tags are in place.

Step 3: Arrange & confirm pick up via email:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly process your refund/exchange and notify you via email. However, your banking institution may take several days to process the credit. Only regular priced items may be credited for a refund. All sale items are final.

Please note Salt Air Swimwear does not cover return postage costs. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.  Please ensure your return package is trackable and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. Salt Air Swimwear cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging, if the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund.

Faulty Items

Salt Air Swimwear garments are handmade and fully inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that our swimwear is faulty, please email us with your order number and a photo of the garment,  so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

To prolong life of your garment please follow the care instructions on the label, as we cannot be kept liable for normal wear and tear symptoms such as, colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration or colour running.
